As a Mental Health Social Worker my practice also addresses broader social issues of housing, education and employment that impact the opportunity for quality of life for those who are impacted by mental illness and emotional distress.

I use an holistic approach to talking therapies. I use evidence-based approaches for specific problems and I can develop a psychological treatment plan that would be helpful to you.
I have trained in several types of therapy and I may combine these to help you because you and your specific needs are unique.
These include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT Narrative Therapy Family Therapy Grief and Loss Therapy Interpersonal Therapy Creative Therapy Mindfulness or Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) Life Skills Training including anger management

My personal experiences and triumphs enable me to better understand what you are going through and fully support you in a non-judgemental way.
